Orders over $75 ship free and typically leave our facility within 1–4 business days. Expedited options are available at checkout and ship the same day if placed before 9 AM CST. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. Products must be unused and in original condition, and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. To request a prepaid return label, email sales@waterlandco.com. Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund. Exchanges are not available—please place a new order if you'd like something different.
