Orders over $75 ship free and typically leave our facility within 1–4 business days. Expedited options (Next Day and 2nd Day Air) are available at checkout and ship the same day if placed before 9 AM CST. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is scanned by the carrier.

We offer a 30-day return policy on all purchases. Products must be unused and in original condition, and returns must be postmarked within 30 days of delivery. To request a prepaid return label, email sales@waterlandco.com. Once your return is received and processed, we’ll issue a refund. Exchanges are not available—please place a new order if you'd like something different.
