Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Orders usually ship within 1–2 business days. Expedited orders placed before 9 AM CST ship the same day.
Can I change my shipping address?
Yes—email us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Returns, Exchanges & Warranty
Can I return or exchange my glasses?
Yes. Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 days if the product is unused. Email us for a return label.
Is damage like scratches or broken hinges covered under warranty?
No. Our limited warranty doesn’t cover wear and tear, scratched lenses, or accidental damage.
Replacements & Repairs
What are the costs for replacement parts?
- Poly lenses: $49.99 each / $79.99 for a set
- Glass lenses: $129.99 each / $249.99 for a set
- Frames: $50
- Shipping is not included
How do I order replacements?
Email sales@waterlandco.com with your model and lens choice. We’ll invoice you and ship once paid. For help installing lenses, call us at (936) 666-5114.
Product & Fit
What are your frames made of?
TR-90 nylon—a durable, flexible thermoplastic built to last.
Does your apparel fit true to size?
Yes. If it doesn’t, we’ll help you exchange it.
Do you sell bifocals or cheaters?
No, we don’t currently offer those styles.
How should I clean my lenses?
Use the WaterLand cloth or jungle cloth only—no chemicals or off-brand cleaning kits.
Prescription Orders
How long do Rx orders take?
2–3 weeks after we receive your complete prescription info.
Can I change or cancel an Rx order?
No. Once the order is submitted, it goes straight to production.
Do you accept insurance?
No, we do not accept insurance for Rx purchases.
How do I measure my pupillary distance (PD)?
Ask your eye doctor or use accupd.com to measure it yourself.
